NearAuth.ai Subprocessors
Last updated October 17, 2026
These are the companies that process customer personal data on behalf of NearAuth.ai to run the NearAuth.ai service. Each is bound by a written agreement with data protection terms.
30 days' notice. We will update this page and email the admins of every
customer account at least 30 days before we add or replace a subprocessor. Customers with a data processing
agreement may object during that period. To be notified without an admin account, email
privacy@nearauth.ai.

Not subprocessors
NearAuth.ai connects to services that customers choose and control, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365, or the customer's own SAML and OIDC applications. Those providers act for the customer under the customer's own agreements, so they are not NearAuth.ai subprocessors.
